Every morning before the dawn I say the Names, on and on. 
My body’s numb and I hear the Sound, my spirit’s flying all around! I’m rising up to meet you my sweet Lord, I only hope that you might open the door! Open the door!!!!

Here I sit in the eye of the storm the chaos and the drama whipping round and round. I focus on the Light, focus on the Sound till everything is peace, everything is calm!

HOLY NAMES = Sacred Mantra/Nam gifted to one from their Guru
REPETITION = Simran, the constant flow of Holy Names rolling over and over in our minds eye. Not spoken out loud, the inner mantra.
